- Supporting aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and investments, including document preparation, due diligence, drafting resolutions, and maintaining agreement records.
- Monitor the completion of M&A projects.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Related administrative tasks.
Persyaratan
- Have between 2- 3 years of experience working in a law firm in M&A practice.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who can operate independently.
